Meet the Partners

Founded by Ian Cramsey and Mike Teri in 2022, Third State Ventures builds upon the continuing success of a multifamily investment partnership in the Northern New Jersey residential market that began in 2018. Mike and Ian started Third State with the common goal of creating multi-generational wealth through strategic value-add investments in multifamily real estate and to create a platform that educates others on how to do the same.

Ian brings a decade of experience as an investor-focused residential and commercial real estate broker in Hudson County, NJ, finding massive success in one of the United States' most competitive real estate markets. Ian has managed multiple hospitality organizations around the globe and prides himself on his ability to connect mutually interested parties to create win-win situations for everyone involved in a deal.

Mike carries a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Engineering Management. His background spanning Engineering, Operations, Business Development, and Mergers & Acquisitions for a global billion-dollar organization has honed a skillset centered around data-driven investment and operational efficiency. Mike prides himself on his systematic, conservative, and data-centric approach to executing Third State's value-add real estate investment strategy.
